Description

  • Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
  • Ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
  • Work within a dedicated product team to deliver new features and improvements.
  • Participate in product discussions and help shape the product roadmap.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
  • Support the growing user base with reliable, high-quality app experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience building products that have scaled to a large user base.
  • Track record of contributing to products from inception through traction and owning engineering execution.
  • Strong product thinking and ability to make thoughtful product decisions.
  • Ability to work quickly, prioritize effectively, and decide what can ship now versus later.
  • Comfort working in a busy, remote, high-growth startup environment.
  • Swift programming language experience.
  • SwiftUI experience.
  • Experience with multithreaded programming.
  • Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure.
  • Experience with Fastlane.
  • Understanding of SOLID principles and writing classes according to SOLID.
  • Experience with Git and different Git strategies.
  • Portfolio and LinkedIn links required when applying.
