Description

Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app.
Build and ship production code for Speechify’s iOS application.
Work within a dedicated product team to deliver new features and improvements.
Participate in product discussions and help shape the product roadmap.
Maintain and enhance the existing app architecture.
Collaborate with internal teams and designers to guide product direction.
Contribute to fast-paced development cycles and help decide what ships now versus later.

Requirements

Experience building products that have scaled to a large user base.
Track record of working on products from inception to meaningful traction.
Experience owning the engineering of a product end to end.
Strong customer focus and obsession with delivering the best possible experience.
Product thinking and the ability to make thoughtful product decisions.
Ability to work quickly, prioritize effectively, and balance speed with quality.
Comfort working in a busy, remote, high-growth startup environment.
Technical skills in Swift and SwiftUI.
Experience with multithreading programming.
Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure, including Fastlane.
Strong understanding of Git and different Git strategies.
Knowledge of SOLID principles and writing classes according to SOLID.
Portfolio and LinkedIn links requested with application.
