Description

  • Find new sources of audio data and bring them into the ingestion pipeline.
  • Operate and extend cloud infrastructure for the data ingestion pipeline.
  • Manage infrastructure currently running on GCP and provisioned with Terraform.
  • Work with scientists to improve the cost, throughput, and quality of dataset creation at scale.
  • Collaborate with AI team members and leadership on the dataset roadmap for next-generation products.
  • Support data collection efforts that enable model training operations and high-quality dataset building.
  • Adapt to changing priorities while handling multiple tasks across the data side of the AI team.

Requirements

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
  • Proficiency with bash/Python scripting in Linux environments.
  • Proficiency in Docker and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
  • Professional experience with at least one major cloud provider, preferably GCP.
  • Experience with web crawlers and large-scale data processing workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
