Description

Develop and execute manual test plans and test cases covering core user flows and edge cases.
Test new features, bug fixes, and releases across browsers and devices.
Identify, reproduce, isolate, and document defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
Maintain test cases, regression suites, test reports, and release validation documentation.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to triage and prioritize issues by user impact.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
Perform regression testing and release validation before product launches.
Improve manual QA processes, test coverage, and cross-functional communication.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of manual QA testing experience focused on web applications.
Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, regression testing, exploratory testing, and bug reporting.
Experience working in Agile environments with Engineering and Product teams.
Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written communication for documenting defects and test results.
Familiarity with Jira, Linear, or similar project and bug-tracking tools.
Experience using browser developer tools for debugging and issue reproduction.
Experience with accessibility testing and WCAG guidelines is preferred.
Familiarity with text-to-speech or audio products, test automation tools, or API validation with Postman is preferred.
