Description

  • Implement responsive user interfaces and front-end application features.
  • Develop server-side business logic and back-end services.
  • Build, optimize, and maintain relational databases and data models.
  • Create and integrate RESTful APIs and other service integrations.
  • Ensure cross-platform compatibility across web and deployment environments.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, validation, logging, and monitoring.
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
  • Support CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code workflows.
  • Deploy software to cloud and edge environments, including secure government regions.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience with both front-end and back-end web development.
  • Strong comfort working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, React, and/or Next.js.
  • Experience with Node.js and Python.
  • Experience with modern build tools such as Vite or Webpack.
  • Experience with server-side rendering, React error boundaries, and suspense.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs; GraphQL experience is a plus.
  • Experience with state management tools such as React Context, Zustand, or Redux.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization systems such as OAuth and JWT.
  • Experience with validation libraries such as Zod or Valibot.
  • Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Sentry.
  • Experience with unit testing and integration testing tools such as Vitest.
  • Experience with schema migrations, advanced SQL concepts, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with ETL, data pipelines, and streaming platforms such as Kafka or RedPanda is a plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Pulumi or Terraform.
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud providers.
  • Willingness to receive a Secret or Top Secret/SCI security clearance at no expense to the candidate.
  • A GitHub or other open-source profile is preferred to demonstrate code quality and attention to detail.
