Description

  • Define and drive the 1–3 year roadmap for AI-powered inventory management.
  • Prioritize features such as forecasting and replenishment, smart insights and workflows, automated reconciliation and reporting, and AI-driven workflow guidance.
  • Lead end-to-end product development for major AI-enabled inventory initiatives.
  • Write detailed PRDs with user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and AI-specific requirements.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data science to scope features, resolve tradeoffs, and maintain delivery velocity.
  • Conduct customer research across construction, field services, manufacturing, and medical verticals.
  • Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and AI-driven insights to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
  • Run validation sessions and beta programs to confirm product-market fit before launch.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams on positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy for AI-enabled workflows.
  • Define and track success metrics for adoption, efficiency, and AI performance, and use data to improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience building AI-enabled or data-driven product capabilities with customer impact.
  • Proven success shipping B2B products that delivered measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, GTM, and data science in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, APIs, system architecture, and technical tradeoffs.
  • Ability to develop multi-year product vision while making pragmatic short-term tradeoffs.
  • Ability to write clear, detailed requirements and ship features on time without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong customer obsession and ability to translate operational needs into simple product experiences.
  • Data-driven decision-making using analytics, research, model performance, and customer feedback.
  • Preferred experience in operations-focused B2B SaaS such as inventory management, workflow automation, field service management, ERP, or supply chain.
  • Preferred understanding of SMB customer segments and buying behaviors.
  • Preferred familiarity with AI/ML product development in B2B SaaS, mobile products (iOS/Android), international products, or startup/scale-up environments (15–100 person companies).
