Description

  • Own a pipeline of 30–40+ active opportunities and manage the revenue engine end to end.
  • Convert long enterprise evaluation cycles into 30-day transactions by creating urgency around business drivers.
  • Partner with an SDR to map Tier 1 accounts and execute a targeted hunter strategy.
  • Navigate security, legal, and procurement hurdles to keep deals moving efficiently.
  • Use AI and sales technology to streamline research, personalization, and enterprise-level execution.
  • Engage developers, decision-makers, and procurement teams across multiple industries and company sizes.
  • Drive product adoption and expand Sonar’s customer base through value-focused selling.
  • Influence the direction and processes of the Sales Team and broader organization as the business grows.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling technical solutions into large or global companies.
  • Track record of navigating complex stakeholder maps in enterprise sales.
  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced inside sales environment.
  • Comfort closing both smaller deals around $50k and larger opportunities of $150k, $250k, or $500k.
  • Strong command of pipeline metrics, conversion ratios, and high-activity sales execution.
  • Resilient closer mindset with the ability to disqualify slow-moving leads when needed.
  • Advanced use of AI and modern sales tools to increase speed and leverage.
  • Experience working effectively with SDR support in a collaborative sales motion.
  • Background in enterprise sales of technical or developer-focused products (preferred).
