Description

  • Proactively monitor and support the production data warehouse environment to ensure stable daily operations.
  • Drive the successful execution and timely completion of End-of-Day (EOD) and End-of-Month (EOM) processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ETL job failures, data loading issues, and performance problems.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve incidents quickly and maintain smooth workflows.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation, including procedures, runbooks, and support guides.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with relational database development using Oracle, Sybase IQ, or MS SQL Server.
  • Strong knowledge of data warehouse architecture and ETL processes.
  • Proficiency in T-SQL and PL/SQL for database programming.
  • Knowledge of EOD/EOM business processes and their importance in the financial sector is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Experience supporting production systems in a banking or financial environment is a plus.
