Description

  • Define the technical strategy and architecture for the AI Agent for Member and lead cross-team system design and execution.
  • Define the evaluation strategy and implement systems and processes to measure, monitor, and improve AI agent quality and reliability.
  • Drive quality, reliability, observability, safety, and compliance of the AI agent in a regulated environment.
  • Partner with product, data science, design, and business leaders to translate product vision into scalable systems.
  • Mentor senior engineers and technical leads and help raise engineering excellence across the organization.
  • Design, prototype, and ship critical production features as a hands-on technical leader.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of experience building AI agents or platforms for millions of users.
  • Strong experience building production AI agents, including orchestration, evals, retrieval/grounding, and guardrails.
  • Strong expertise in system architecture, platform design, and cross-org technical strategy.
  • Proven ability to lead ambiguous, high-impact initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment is implied by the role focus on safety and compliance (preferred).
