Description

  • Execute paid media strategy for clients within the pod to improve return on ad spend.
  • Audit ad accounts and use performance data to shape strategy and optimization decisions.
  • Work with the Growth Strategist to define paid social strategy aligned to client objectives.
  • Use ad account data and Triple Whale reporting to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Test creative assets produced internally and externally to improve campaign performance.
  • Report key learnings, bottlenecks, and future account direction to the Growth Strategist.
  • Ensure all account actions align with established objectives and KPIs.
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly client performance reports.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience running paid social advertising on Meta.
  • At least 2 years of experience running Meta and TikTok Ads at a high level for e-commerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of paid social testing and scaling approaches.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience using ad account data to inform day-to-day changes and optimizations.
  • Highly organized with strong ad account hygiene, structure, and naming conventions.
  • Preferably prior agency experience or experience in a 7-8 figure e-commerce brand.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify and DTC e-commerce.
  • Exceptional research skills and the ability to adapt quickly to varied client needs.
