Description

  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across major social platforms.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to achieve growth KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts that improve engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver reporting and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current on paid social best practices, platform updates, and emerging channels.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on paid social experience managing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and optimizing acquisition performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and marketing strategy teams.
  • Proficiency with paid social platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Ability to work as a consultant on contract projects that typically range from 10–40 hours per week.
