Description

  • Execute paid media strategy for clients within the POD to drive return on ad spend.
  • Audit ad accounts and use account data to shape strategy and ongoing optimisations.
  • Work with the Growth Strategist to define paid social strategy aligned to client objectives.
  • Use ad account data and Triple Whale insights to inform performance improvements.
  • Test creative assets produced internally and externally to improve campaign results.
  • Report key learnings, bottlenecks, and next steps to the Growth Strategist.
  • Ensure ad account actions are aligned with established objectives and KPIs.
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly performance reports with the Growth Strategist and clients.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience running paid social advertising on Meta.
  • At least 2 years of experience running Meta and TikTok Ads at a high level for e-commerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of effective paid social testing and scaling approaches.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience using ad account data to inform daily changes and optimisations.
  • Highly organised with strong ad account hygiene, structure, and naming conventions.
  • Prior agency experience or experience in a 7-8 figure e-commerce brand is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify and DTC e-commerce.
  • Exceptional research skills and ability to adapt quickly to varied client needs.
  • Comfort working with current paid social trends and using insights to service clients.
