Description

  • Serve as the primary project contact for external vendors and internal partners during the integration process.
  • Lead integration meetings with vendors and coordinate stakeholder communication throughout the project.
  • Identify integration project requirements and document them in the standard project template.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans and open items logs for project tracking.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate status through client meetings and correspondence.
  • Execute and coordinate testing plans to verify requirements are built correctly and working as designed.
  • Collaborate across functional teams and with clients to complete tasks on time and prepare for go-live.
  • Provide go-live support by resolving escalated client, member, and project issues.
  • Mentor colleagues during the integration process and identify process improvements through trend analysis.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare industry players, including PBMs, EHRs, TPAs, aggregators, and pharmacies.
  • General understanding of EDI, file management, and pharmacy claims adjudication.
  • Salesforce experience required.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required.
  • Strong communication skills for face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and written correspondence.
  • Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and deliver on commitments.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced technology company.
