Description

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of VIP accounts and oversee client services to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment with client needs.
  • Work directly with clients and their staff to make strategy decisions and course corrections when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal service teams to develop strategies that support client goals.
  • Identify gaps in client services and propose solutions, including higher-tier service upgrades.
  • Coordinate and run monthly reporting calls with clients.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with clients about work in progress and results achieved.
  • Push back on client requests when they are unlikely to produce the desired results.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure service delivery stays on track.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working at a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience working with law firm clients is required.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing services and strategies for the legal industry.
  • Experience managing multiple clients at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships.
  • Keen eye for detail and a focus on improving communications, results, and processes.
  • Strong organization skills for managing daily, weekly, and monthly priorities.
  • Proactive and resourceful work style.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.
  • Experience working with personal injury law firm clients is highly preferred.
