Description

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of client accounts and oversee service delivery to ensure work is on time and aligned with client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients and their staff to make strategy decisions and recommend pivots when needed.
  • Partner with internal service teams to plan and coordinate solutions that support client goals.
  • Identify gaps in client services and propose improvements, including service upgrades when appropriate.
  • Coordinate and run monthly client reporting calls.
  • Communicate proactively and clearly with clients about work in progress and results achieved.
  • Maintain strong client relationships while managing expectations and providing expert guidance.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working at a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience working in the legal industry is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing services and strategies.
  • Experience with Google Ads; Local Service Ads and Facebook Ads are a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • A keen eye for detail and a focus on improving communications, client results, and internal processes.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage daily, weekly, and monthly priorities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
  • SEO + PPC or SEO + SOCIAL experience is required.
