Description

  • Oversee daily financial rhythms for GTM Sales and Finance to support functional excellence and top-line growth.
  • Contribute to annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Partner with GTM Sales teams to align resource allocation with budget and financial targets.
  • Improve forecast accuracy and accountability across the Sales organization.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on sales org structures and reporting.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to align initiatives and outcomes within Sales.
  • Collaborate with GTM, Finance, and Business Intelligence to identify growth and profitability insights.
  • Develop and refine financial models and frameworks for bookings, rep productivity, and commissions.
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations to support decision-making and stakeholder needs.
  • Support month-end close activities and maintain financial reporting accuracy with Accounting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive experience with demonstrated growth in Finance or FP&A roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics preferred.
  • Exposure to SaaS subscription-based business models and associated KPIs preferred.
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred.
  • Experience with planning tools such as Planful, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis, including financial statements, cash flow analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to create clear visual representations of financial and statistical data and tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions with leaders.
  • Interest in data, business intelligence, and using systems to improve efficiency.
