Description

  • Own strategic account marketing strategy aligned to enterprise revenue targets, pipeline gaps, and long-term growth priorities.
  • Drive account-based marketing programs that increase pipeline and engagement across a select portfolio of high-value accounts.
  • Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM motions, including executive programs, customized workshops, and networking events.
  • Partner with Global Account Directors to integrate marketing into account research, territory planning, and GTM execution.
  • Align with global customer marketing to deliver regional customer event and campaign programs that support pipeline, awareness, and upsell goals.
  • Facilitate executive-level connections between Smartsheet leadership and key decision-makers in assigned accounts.
  • Map and influence complex buying committees using intent data and account insights.
  • Own budget allocation and ROI accountability for the portfolio and run regular performance reviews with Sales.
  • Navigate evolving operating models and ensure consistent execution while adapting to account-specific needs.
  • Bring strategic account insights into global planning and cross-functional leadership reviews to inform broader strategy.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, including senior roles supporting complex enterprise sales motions and account-based marketing.
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue impact (NRR) in multi-stakeholder buying environments.
  • Experience establishing and scaling field marketing programs and operating models from the ground up.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and Tableau for executive reporting and data-informed strategy.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive presence with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfort managing competing priorities and evolving strategy while maintaining momentum and accountability.
  • B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading strategic account or enterprise field marketing in a global environment (preferred).
