Description

  • Embed with the Customer Success team to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that address client needs and goals.
  • Create compelling, results-oriented narratives that highlight client performance and opportunities for optimization.
  • Monitor client health metrics regularly to detect risks and opportunities early.
  • Perform ad hoc SQL queries and Python analyses to answer real-time business questions.
  • Build and refine ad hoc data visualizations, reports, and prototypes to validate business hypotheses.
  • Develop strong relationships with Customer Support, clients, and executive stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams and communicate complex findings in clear, actionable terms.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by translating analytical findings into business recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of inpatient mid-revenue cycle processes and data.
  • Expert-level SQL skills for writing and optimizing queries for ad hoc analysis.
  • Python competency, including data manipulation and visualization with libraries such as pandas.
  • Ability to interpret and modify existing Python code.
  • Exceptional ability to translate raw data into actionable insights.
  • Rigorous data validation habits, including verifying analyses for accuracy and completeness before presenting to stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and adaptable mindset, with comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and prioritize impactful solutions.
  • Proven communication skills for explaining complex analytic concepts to different audiences.
  • Experience with Hex, Omni, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Git, and AWS is preferred based on the team’s tech stack.
