Description

  • Partner with Customer Success leadership to prioritize and drive the strategic roadmap for a portfolio of programs aligned to executive business objectives.
  • Oversee execution of complex, cross-functional, client-impacting initiatives across the program lifecycle.
  • Deliver concise program updates to leadership and cross-functional partners, including achievements, risks, challenges, and mitigation plans.
  • Schedule and track program timelines and milestones using project management tools.
  • Champion program management best practices, tools, and templates across the Customer Success organization.
  • Drive continuous process improvement within Customer Success program operations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for other Program and Project Managers.
  • Lead formal program post-mortems and document recommendations to capture learnings.
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate program risks and roadblocks to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive project management experience with a proven track record managing cross-functional projects, or 14+ years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience implementing and serving as an admin or super user for project management software such as Jira, Asana, Churn Zero, or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, and the ability to apply them based on company needs.
  • Experience at a startup or fast-paced company with the ability to move quickly and adapt with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfort engaging with executive leadership and presenting reports and recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
