Description

  • Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into analytical requirements and support strategic decisions with exploratory analysis.
  • Design experiments, define key metrics, and apply statistical techniques to evaluate business questions.
  • Prototype analytics solutions and data products that accelerate product development.
  • Create clear visualizations and data stories that communicate findings, trends, and implications to stakeholders.
  • Become an expert in the company’s data stack, including how customer data is ingested, normalized, and consumed by internal teams and customers.
  • Build, maintain, and test data models that support reporting and analytics.
  • Uphold code quality and documentation standards while contributing to peer review and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a data analyst or product data scientist.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying data.
  • Experience transforming data with dbt.
  • Experience analyzing data with Python.
  • Ability to communicate findings through compelling data visualizations.
  • Master’s degree in statistics or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with experiment design and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to build and own features end to end.
  • Strong ability to connect analytics to business understanding and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with health system clinical and/or revenue cycle data preferred.
