Description

  • Deliver high-quality, production-ready code across the .NET stack.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Take ownership of complex features or components from design through to delivery.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UK-based Technical Leads to align technical delivery with product goals.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and provide input into key technical decisions.
  • Write clean, well-tested code and uphold strong engineering standards.
  • Review code, identify issues, and contribute to improving overall code quality.
  • Support and mentor junior engineers through collaboration and leading by example.
  • Improve development practices, tooling, and CI/CD processes.
  • Balance delivery speed with enterprise-level quality, reliability, and robustness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Developer at senior level.
  • 5+ years using C# and .NET / .NET Core to build production, enterprise-grade applications.
  • 5+ years working with SQL and relational databases in production environments.
  • 3+ years working with Azure or other cloud-based services (important but not core).
  • Strong experience working on complex, high-availability systems.
  • Comfortable owning complex technical work end-to-end and delivering in a distributed team environment.
  • Experience writing well-tested code and maintaining high engineering standards.
  • Role split is approximately 70% back-end and 30% front-end.
  • Nice to have: experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (can substitute for some Azure exposure).
  • Nice to have: prior experience contributing to or scaling mature SaaS platforms and/or leading technical initiatives or projects.
