Description

  • Lead development of Sleek’s customer-facing digital experiences and growth-driven microsites.
  • Build high-performance frontend interfaces for landing pages and web apps in React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
  • Optimize page speed, Core Web Vitals, SEO, and overall discoverability to improve conversion.
  • Develop a reusable microsite framework with modular layouts and content components for future product verticals.
  • Implement schema markup, meta optimization, and structured data to support search visibility.
  • Integrate a headless CMS so non-technical teams can manage content, landing pages, and campaigns independently.
  • Establish versioning, preview workflows, and rollback processes for CMS content changes.
  • Set up analytics, tracking, and A/B testing infrastructure using tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, Mixpanel, Optimizely, or VWO.
  • Build and launch a second marketing site for a new product vertical with consistent branding and measurable conversion outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Design, Growth, Marketing, and technical teams to deliver data-informed web properties.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of total engineering experience, including 1–2 years embedded within Marketing or Growth Engineering functions.
  • Strong frontend engineering experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with Micro Front Ends (MFE) is a significant advantage.
  • Strong SCSS skills for high-fidelity UI development; TailwindCSS or Chakra UI experience is a bonus.
  • Commitment to code quality through unit testing with Jest.
  • Deep experience in SEO and performance optimization, with a track record of maintaining Lighthouse scores above 90.
  • Experience integrating headless CMS platforms such as Sanity, Contentful, or Strapi.
  • Experience with analytics stacks including Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Experience designing and executing A/B testing frameworks for web applications.
  • High ownership mindset and ability to execute in a fast-paced, ambiguity-heavy startup environment.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and action-biased working style.
  • Experience with Zapier or other no-code automation tools is a bonus.
  • Must be located in India and able to work 9 am–6 pm Singapore time.
