Description

  • Develop high-performance, responsive, accessible frontends (landing pages and web app) that meet Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse performance targets.
  • Build pixel-perfect UIs aligned with Sleek’s design system and implement reusable components and layouts (microsite framework) for future product verticals.
  • Optimize initial page load, SEO (schema, meta, structured data), and discoverability to improve organic traffic and conversion.
  • Integrate a headless CMS (Sanity / Contentful / Strapi) with preview, versioning, and rollback workflows to enable autonomous content updates by non-technical teams.
  • Deploy and configure analytics and tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Mixpanel) and deliver actionable analytics dashboards with event accuracy.
  • Design and implement A/B testing infrastructure (Optimizely / VWO) and run experiments to optimize messaging, layout, and funnels.
  • Enable the Growth team to launch microsites and campaigns independently by reducing developer dependencies and automating release/workflows (webhooks/automation).
  • Build and launch a secondary marketing site for a new product vertical, ensuring brand consistency, SEO optimization, and campaign instrumentation tied to conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Design, Growth, and Marketing to translate requirements into data-informed UX and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years total professional experience, with 1–2 years specifically in marketing or growth engineering.
  • Proven experience shipping SEO-friendly, data-driven web applications.
  • Frontend experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript (experience with Micro Frontends is a plus).
  • Styling experience with SCSS (TailwindCSS or Chakra UI experience is a bonus).
  • Unit testing experience using Jest.
  • Demonstrated SEO and performance optimization skills, able to achieve Lighthouse scores of 90+ and Core Web Vitals compliance.
  • Experience integrating headless CMS platforms such as Sanity, Contentful, or Strapi.
  • Analytics and tracking experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4 (Mixpanel experience is advantageous).
  • Experience setting up A/B testing and growth stacks (Optimizely, VWO, or similar).
  • Comfort thriving in a startup-like environment: hands-on, detail-oriented, ownership-driven; Zapier/no-code automation experience is a bonus.
  • Behavioural fit: ownership, humility, structured thinking, strong attention to detail, excellent listening and clear communication, analytical mindset, collaboration-driven, data-driven, and able to have constructive tough conversations.
  • Willingness to consent to background screening (education verification, criminal history, political exposure, bankruptcy/adverse credit checks) as required by Sleek’s regulated status.
