Description

  • Develop annual brand plans with clear objectives, strategies, and KPIs that align to company growth goals.
  • Generate and own consumer and customer insights to inform portfolio decisions, go-to-market strategies, and innovation pipelines.
  • Evaluate item-level performance and recommend product renovations, SKU rationalization, and assortment/pricing strategies.
  • Build and manage a long-term innovation pipeline, including business cases, stage-gate management, and commercialization meetings with R&D.
  • Lead channel strategy, price-pack architecture, and promotional strategy development for retail and other channels.
  • Own consumer research initiatives, analyze media/consumption/market data, and deliver actionable findings and monthly State of the Business updates.
  • Brief and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Partner with Sales to create data-driven retailer stories, launch decks, customer-facing materials, and recommendations for shelf placement and channel tactics.

Requirements

  • Prior brand management experience in CPG; food & beverage experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with syndicated data platforms (SPINS, Circana, IRI, Nielsen preferred).
  • Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable stories and recommendations.
  • Experience building and managing innovation pipelines and stage-gate processes.
  • Confident communicator capable of influencing and collaborating across cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, agencies).
  • Strategic thinker who can also manage details and drive projects to completion.
  • Organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience conducting consumer research and monitoring brand and category trends.
