Description

  • Provide administrative support to managers and team members.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
  • Coordinate office activities, meetings, and company events.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Support HR or finance departments with basic administrative tasks when needed.
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with office management software or administrative tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with document management systems (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or HR administrative tasks (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration (preferred).
