Description

  • Own the overall training strategy for client teams, candidates, and internal staff.
  • Build scalable training frameworks that support company growth and client outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor trainers, facilitators, and instructional designers.
  • Set training standards, quality benchmarks, and certification pathways.
  • Design and deliver training programs for International-based client teams.
  • Partner with Client Success and Sales to assess client needs and performance gaps.
  • Create onboarding, upskilling, and performance-improvement programs aligned to client goals.
  • Develop competency models, skill assessments, and learning pathways for candidates.
  • Oversee soft skills, technical skills, and job-readiness curriculum.
  • Build internal development programs, including leadership tracks and knowledge-sharing systems.
  • Create training materials, e-learning modules, videos, and assessments.
  • Implement tracking systems for learner progress, certification, and training outcomes.
  • Use data and reporting to improve training effectiveness and inform leadership.
  • Manage training calendars, resource allocation, and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or similar leadership roles.
  • Experience training International-based teams or working in U.S.-aligned industries such as BPO, SaaS, or CX.
  • Strong instructional design background, including ADDIE, adult learning theory, and blended learning.
  • Exceptional English communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build training programs from scratch and scale them.
  • Experience managing trainers, facilitators, or L&D teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Comfortable working U.S. time zones.
  • Experience in high-growth companies or training organizations is preferred.
  • Background in client enablement, customer success training, or workforce development is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and content authoring software is preferred.
  • Experience building certification programs or structured learning pathways is preferred.
