Description

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the company’s largest and most complex customers on business and technology transformation.
  • Guide customers toward solutions that better align with business goals and operational improvements.
  • Facilitate complex decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups, including executive and operational leaders.
  • Lead advanced technical solution discussions covering integrations, data architecture, platform considerations, and scalability.
  • Explain technical architecture and integration implications in terms of business impact and risk.
  • Support organizational change initiatives during major technology implementations.
  • Identify adoption risks, assess platform usage trends, and develop mitigation strategies and adoption plans.
  • Coach executive sponsors and business leaders on change management and adoption best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes, delivery processes, and business results.
  • Create and implement new approaches, frameworks, and best practices that can be adopted across customers or teams.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish and Italian language skills.
  • Experience in a technical customer success, consulting, or similar customer-facing advisory role.
  • Strong strategic consulting and value realization mindset.
  • Ability to discuss technical concepts such as architecture, integrations, data flows, and platform scalability.
  • Experience facilitating complex technical and business decision-making.
  • Knowledge of organizational change management and adoption strategies.
  • Ability to work independently with significant ownership and limited oversight.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset with a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Preferred: experience supporting enterprise or highly strategic accounts in a SaaS or technology environment.
