Description

  • Partner closely with the VP of Sales and hiring managers to define hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Own the recruiting process from role kickoff through offer negotiation and close.
  • Drive hiring for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Continuously iterate and optimize recruiting process, tools, and candidate experience with the Head of Talent.
  • Manage senior leadership and hiring manager relationships across the Sales organization.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage both inbound and outbound sales talent, including passive candidates.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates while maintaining strong candidate relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally with Recruiting Coordination and Sourcing teams to move candidates to hire.
  • Help set and maintain the quality bar for Sales hiring and broader operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Autonomous experience supporting at least one line of business for hiring.
  • Demonstrated experience managing senior leadership and hiring manager relationships within Sales.
  • Specific examples of influencing recruiting strategy for a Sales organization.
  • Experience evaluating inbound and outbound Sales talent.
  • Experience recruiting passive talent.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close candidates, including awareness of close ratios.
  • History of effective partnerships with hiring teams.
  • Experience partnering with Recruiting Coordination and Sourcing support teams.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to drive candidates through the hiring process.
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting high-bar talent.
