Description

Coordinate on-site and phone interviews for candidates with efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain the applicant tracking system and keep recruiting information up to date.
Ensure a consistent and excellent experience throughout the candidate journey.
Meet and greet candidates who come in for interviews.
Facilitate the candidate expense reimbursement process.
Coordinate reference checks.
Perform administrative duties to support the recruiting team.

Requirements

2+ years of customer service experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize ruthlessly.
Proficiency with Google Suite or similar calendar and meeting applications.
Strong attention to detail and a desire to contribute.
Ability to learn quickly in a high-growth and ever-changing environment.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Warm, welcoming demeanor with the ability to build relationships quickly.
Creative and proactive problem-solving ability.
Ability to stay composed and focused under pressure.
Team-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach.
