Description

  • Develop and maintain server-side application logic for web services.
  • Manage the interchange of data between server and users.
  • Integrate user-facing elements with back-end logic.

  • Design and implement data storage solutions.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as LESS and SASS.
  • Experience with user authentication and authorization across multiple systems, servers, and environments.
  • Experience integrating multiple data sources and databases into one system.
  • Experience managing hosting environments, database administration, and scaling applications to handle load changes.
  • Experience with data migration, transformation, and scripting.
  • Experience setting up and administering backups.
  • Ability to output data in different formats.
  • Understanding of differences between delivery platforms such as mobile versus desktop.
  • Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
