Description

  • Own problems end-to-end within the Product & Engineering department, from discovery through delivery of solutions.
  • Coordinate dependencies between Mobile and Cloud engineering teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Gather and synthesize customer insights from internal teams and external sources (field visits, user interviews, market research) to inform product decisions.
  • Support prioritization of high-level problems and features in the product backlog.
  • Review projects and metrics to evaluate how well products are performing and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Work with Engineering Managers to keep development teams informed and involved, facilitating their participation in stakeholder calls and field visits to increase autonomy.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technology, and sector best practices to influence product direction.
  • Grow organizational customer obsession through education, processes, and tooling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager in an agile environment, working on mobile or cloud-based products.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with varied audiences.
  • Experience managing technical products and roadmaps.
  • Proficiency with an issue-tracking tool (e.g., JIRA, YouTrack).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships with engineers, designers, operational managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience gathering and applying customer insights from field visits, user interviews, or market research to inform product strategy.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams or working closely with Engineering Managers.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate across distributed teams.
