Description

  • Send professional, empathetic first-touch communications to customers starting the data transfer process.
  • Execute straightforward data migrations from spreadsheets and CSV files.
  • Map incoming data accurately to SimplePractice requirements.
  • Review customer datasets for common errors and perform basic cleansing, formatting, and organization.
  • Assist with coordinating the transfer queue and keeping standard tasks and deadlines on track.
  • Follow HIPAA, PHI, and PII regulations and internal policies with care.
  • Build proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic SQL with team support.
  • Use and contribute to team macros and internal documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and shadow more complex migrations to support growth into a specialist track.

Requirements

  • Limited to no previous professional experience.
  • Some roles may require a specific educational background or degree.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to perform basic data organization and understand simple formulas.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Confident, sensitive communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks and deadlines with a proactive, coachable mindset.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SimplePractice or healthcare software workflows is preferred.
