Description

  • Create the product roadmap and define the strategic vision for the team.
  • Align team output, product direction, and requirements with the overall digital strategy.
  • Manage dependencies and strategic partnerships across different teams.
  • Translate user needs, market knowledge, and stakeholder input into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Own product-specific KPIs after launch and provide regular performance tracking to stakeholders.
  • Maintain a backlog that stays 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
  • Work with the CPO to define business value and support product messaging, communication, and customer outreach.
  • Facilitate release planning and weekly demos with stakeholders.
  • Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure outward-facing product requirements are aligned with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to develop methods and promote work standards among other employees.
  • Proven experience managing staff, coaching, and resolving conflicts.
  • Strong communication skills to convey messages professionally.
  • Ability to create a trusting, comfortable, and efficient work environment.
  • Belief in a non-hierarchical culture, openness to new ideas, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the retail industry.
  • Experience working on B2C digital product development.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in tech, design, and business.
  • Experience managing data ingestion, storage, and processing.
  • Experience working with data professionals to design and implement advanced analytics capabilities.
