Description

  • Lead the strategy, development, measurement, and continuous improvement of sales enablement programs to improve sales knowledge, behavior, and skills.
  • Design and develop enablement content and programs focused on value-based and strategic selling.
  • Own sales onboarding and ongoing training programs, including content creation, scheduling, coordination, and deployment.
  • Develop, implement, and evolve an internal communications strategy for the PYW go-to-market organization.
  • Support product launches by partnering with product and product marketing to prepare and enable the sales team to communicate solution value.
  • Support frontline sales managers, sales operations, and executive leadership in establishing sales discipline, cadence, and best practices.
  • Use metrics and observations to measure enablement program effectiveness and improve sales process efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of work experience, including some combination of Direct Sales and Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or Sales Training in a SaaS/PaaS company.
  • Experience with modern sales methodologies, sales process design, and aligning enablement to the buyer’s journey.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices, with a desire to stay current.
  • Proven project management ability to manage programs from concept to completion and remain highly organized.
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure, manage ambiguity and change, and adapt quickly.
  • Strategic, data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve sales performance.
  • U.S.-based remote work eligibility (role listed as U.S.A Remote).
