Description

  • Lead full-cycle WMS implementations, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Conduct discovery to document receiving, picking, packing, and shipping requirements across domestic and international operations.
  • Translate customer operational processes into ShipHawk workflows and system configurations.
  • Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and integration support.
  • Identify product gaps and enhancement opportunities and partner with Product and Engineering to address them.
  • Recommend process improvements that help customers maximize value from the WMS.
  • Guide customers through user acceptance testing and go-live readiness.
  • Maintain communication with customer stakeholders and internal teams throughout implementations.
  • Transition customers to the Support team after implementation.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on WMS software implementation experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and configuration validation.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative approach and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience implementing shipping, TMS, or logistics platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or Acumatica (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs/Postman, or JavaScript (preferred).
  • Ability to provide occasional on-site implementation support as needed.

  • $85,000–$110,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
