Description

  • Create and maintain merchant-facing purchase order trackers with current PO status and merchant/retailer-specific data.
  • Coordinate shipments with operations teams and transportation companies or brokers to ensure timely pickup of purchase orders from fulfillment centers.
  • Create accurate and compliant bills of lading in accordance with retailer and GS1 standards.
  • Manually generate retailer packing slips, shipping labels, carton labels, and pallet labels when needed.
  • Arrange dock appointments for outbound shipments.
  • Provide supporting documentation to the retail compliance team for retailer chargebacks and dispute resolution.
  • Escalate urgent issues promptly while protecting the merchant experience.
  • Submit error-free shipment notices to retailers.
  • Monitor error reporting tools, troubleshoot defects, and escalate technical issues to internal teams.
  • Follow retailer routing SOPs and manage retailer TMS routing to ensure timely shipment processing.
  • Collaborate with on-site B2B leads to meet shipment windows and resolve site inquiries.
  • Build relationships with Implementation, Product, Operations, Supply Chain Innovation, and Merchant Success teams to drive business impact.
  • Create paid request tickets to bill for services when necessary.
  • Attend stand-up meetings with high-volume B2B sites to relay defects and improve operational excellence.
  • Ensure products are handled, stored, and distributed in a way that maintains safety, quality, legality, and traceability.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager, Success Operations.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience managing operations and backend activities while coordinating across multiple departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently in oral, written, and in-person settings.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, including intermediate Excel skills.
  • Competence in navigating the internet and using online tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time while delivering results.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working with customers and internal team members.
  • Experience working in operations, logistics, or supply chain environments is preferred.
  • Availability to work the US shift from 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST.
  • Remote work from India.
