Description

  • Own the end-to-end shift fulfillment process for incoming client staffing requests.
  • Assign professionals to open shifts, confirm availability, and ensure shifts are fully covered on time.
  • Coordinate replacements for last-minute cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows.
  • Monitor attendance, clock-ins, and active shift activity in real time.
  • Communicate directly with workers, clients, and on-site managers to resolve operational issues.
  • Onboard and activate professionals on the platform and maintain ongoing workforce communication.
  • Build relationships with active professionals to improve engagement and retention.
  • Keep operational systems, trackers, and shift documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Identify recurring operational issues and suggest workflow improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Support smooth daily execution across live staffing operations and scheduling workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, staffing coordination, workforce management, scheduling, dispatch, or live operations environments.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Neutral or modest English accent preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure in fast-changing operational environments.
  • Comfort using scheduling systems, operational tools, internal dashboards, and workforce platforms.
  • Reliable computer or laptop setup.
  • Stable high-speed internet connection.
  • Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours.
  • Experience in staffing marketplaces, on-demand workforce environments, or high-growth startups is preferred.
  • Experience tracking attendance, clock-ins, or workforce KPIs is preferred.
  • Process improvement mindset with the ability to optimize workflows is preferred.
