Description

  • Supervise and coach Patient Outreach Coordinators and Onboarding Specialists in daily operations and performance.
  • Ensure patient outreach conversations are compliant and reflect a kind, value-focused approach to hospital-based pharmacies.
  • Audit calls, documentation, and workflows in DialPad, TelemetryRX, electronic medical records, and other systems.
  • Manage escalations and issues with hospital partners and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams.
  • Build and maintain workflows between Patient Outreach, Onboarding, liaison, clinical integration, onsite managers, and management teams.
  • Manage team administration including ADP, PTO, and time reports.
  • Lead team meetings and hospital management calls, including agendas, follow-up, and record keeping.
  • Assist with interviewing, onboarding, access requests, and training for new team members.
  • Support special projects and provide insights on growth and development opportunities across teams.
  • Report hiring needs and work with data analytics and contracting teams on research and operational needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or sales with a demonstrated sales record.
  • Proven ability and desire to lead others and establish credibility in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, integrity, dependability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a good listener and empathetic communicator with strong phone skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to quickly learn other database programs; Willow, Qs1, and RX30 experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to identify relevant information with a focus on quality.
  • Energetic, highly motivated, and willing to do what is necessary for the betterment of the company.
  • Must maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling highly sensitive and private data.
