Description

  • Manage and deliver AI-first projects end-to-end (scope → launch → iterate) while acting as a hands-on business analyst to translate clinical/market goals into shippable requirements.
  • Define and drive delivery leadership activities including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, RAID logs, standups/scrum, stakeholder updates, and vendor orchestration.
  • Elicit, document and maintain product requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria), perform process mapping and gap analysis to reduce ambiguity.
  • Plan and coordinate quality and readiness activities including UAT plans, test coordination, cut-over/runbooks, KPI/OKR tracking, and retrospective loops.
  • Establish and maintain ops & governance artifacts such as RACI matrices, change control processes, documentation canon, and project-specific risk & privacy checklists.
  • Stand up dashboards, templates, and AI/automation to reduce PM overhead, improve signal, and streamline reporting.
  • Prioritize tasks, delegate work, and maintain exceptional time efficiency to keep delivery on track across multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder alignment and vendor management to ensure timely decision-making and smooth handoffs.
  • Use and maintain project communication channels and tooling (Basecamp, Mattermost/Slack, instant messaging) to support daily execution and documentation.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of Technical Project Manager/Project Manager experience with a business analysis toolkit.
  • Proven track record of shipping cloud and AI features.
  • At least 3+ years of experience managing fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering multiple projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated delivery performance of 90%+ on-time delivery within projected timelines (KPIs include on-time/within-scope delivery, stakeholder NPS, escaped-defect rate, time-to-decision, documentation completeness).
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
  • Fluency with PM and collaboration tools such as Basecamp, Jira or Linear, Notion, ClickUp, Google Sheets, and Loom.
  • Experience preparing UAT plans, acceptance criteria, test coordination, and runbooks.
  • Nice-to-have: experience in health/clinical product delivery or regulated data projects.
  • Nice-to-have: familiarity with automated KPI dashboards and AI tooling for PM workflows.
  • Willingness to work as an Independent Contractor, paid in USD via bank direct deposit, and complete required application tasks (16-minute AI video interview, personality profile, one-page delivery plan, and a sample spec with acceptance criteria).

  • Independent Contractor status with monthly invoicing and payment in USD via bank direct deposit.
