Description

  • Assist in developing and maintaining backend and frontend services.
  • Write clean, scalable code and participate in code reviews.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new features and resolve bugs.
  • Work on performance tuning, debugging, and scaling of Sezzle’s platform.
  • Document software functionalities and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Gain exposure to and contribute within Sezzle’s technology stack on real-world projects.

Requirements

  • Experience with Golang, Python, or another backend language.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and React or a similar framework.
  • Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Curiosity and willingness to ask questions.
  • Passion for technology and developing technical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
  • Interest in solving complex problems.
  • Open-source mindset is preferred, with a preference for building before buying.
