Description

  • Provide clear, prompt, detailed, empathetic, and customer-oriented support to consumers.
  • Resolve basic to complex customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and write clear, concise instructions for using Sezzle.
  • Build trust and collaboration with the customer support team.
  • Work with customers to understand how they use Sezzle services and share feedback with Product and Development teams.
  • Advocate for customers by identifying and reporting product or process improvement opportunities.
  • Communicate customer trends to leadership and suggest solutions on behalf of the customer experience.
  • Support customers across multiple channels while maintaining a fun, genuine, and empathetic tone.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, or Barranquilla, Colombia, and work remotely from within Colombia.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish; a third language is preferred.
  • 3+ years of customer support experience.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced support environment.
  • Experience handling complex issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution via email, phone, and/or live chat, preferably with software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and use sound judgment to take initiative.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Zendesk, LiveAgent, or Jira is a plus.

Benefits

  • Salary of $3,000,000 COP per month.
  • Performance bonus of 15%–25% of monthly salary.
  • Remote work-from-home position.
  • 3–4 weeks of training.
  • Additional benefits after performance review.
  • Full availability required for the first 2 months, with no vacation approvals during that period.
