Description

  • Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for the new InCommand product.
  • Define product capabilities, scope decisions, and sequencing using operational data and input from data center operators.
  • Maintain functional specifications and acceptance criteria for engineering teams and coding agents.
  • Define trusted AI-powered insights, recommendations, and operator-assistant capabilities.
  • Partner with Architecture, Integrations, and Developer Platform to translate customer and operator needs into data-model and API requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to document and position the product for industry adoption.
  • Develop modular product packaging and pricing for cloud and customer-managed deployments.
  • Work closely with operations engineers as the voice of the customer and build the product function as the product grows.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership of a multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform or infrastructure product.
  • Experience building a product from scratch, including early scoping and prioritization decisions with incomplete information.
  • Experience owning product roadmaps, specifications, and pricing.
  • Proven ability to write precise functional specifications and acceptance criteria for engineering teams and coding agents.
  • Experience translating tacit processes from operations-heavy users, such as operations centers, field teams, facilities teams, or industrial users, into product requirements.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven product capabilities, including insights, recommendations, and assistants, and hands-on use of AI tools.
  • Experience packaging and pricing modular enterprise software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting product cases to executives and engineers.
  • Knowledge of DCIM products and data center operator workflows (preferred).
  • Experience with observability, monitoring, high-volume telemetry products, API-first architecture, or specification-driven/AI-assisted development practices (preferred).
