Description

  • Build and maintain agentic systems that continuously collect, process, and surface signals from social platforms, on-chain data, and ads ecosystems.
  • Design and maintain data pipelines that ingest from multiple external APIs, enrich and model data, and create usable semantic layers for humans and AI agents.
  • Build multi-step AI agents for research, synthesis, monitoring, and reporting with memory, tools, and structured output schemas.
  • Build full-stack applications and dashboards that make intelligence accessible across client accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams across marketing, PR, content, growth, and social to understand workflows before building solutions.
  • Identify signal gaps and design systems that solve problems for multiple teams from a single architecture.
  • Evaluate and use the right AI tooling, including deciding when no-code tools are sufficient versus when custom development is needed.
  • Define how impact is measured and build reporting to demonstrate results.

Requirements

  • Strong Python experience for pipelines, agent systems, data processing, and scripting.
  • Active GitHub profile with meaningful commit history.
  • Experience building REST and GraphQL API integrations.
  • Strong SQL skills, including schema design.
  • Full-stack development experience with Next.js or an equivalent framework, including shipping production user-facing applications.
  • Experience building directly with Anthropic or OpenAI APIs.
  • Experience using agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom orchestration approaches.
  • Experience with vector databases and RAG, including embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and semantic search.
  • Experience ingesting and combining data from multiple external sources such as X, LinkedIn, Meta, and Google APIs.
  • Ability to translate raw data into structured, actionable output for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience building dashboards or reporting layers used operationally by others.
  • Comfort using no-code tools such as Make, n8n, and Zapier when they are the fastest reliable option.
  • Experience with Dune Analytics or equivalent SQL querying against on-chain data is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with wallet activity, token flows, and on-chain behavioral signals is a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of how GTM and marketing teams operate across PR, content, growth, and social; crypto experience is a meaningful plus.
