Description

  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new product functions and categories, including market opportunity, naming, positioning, and pricing.
  • Develop campaign messaging for the core platform and curriculum products, including Early Literacy, English Language Development, I Read Arabic, and I Start Arabic.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align roadmap, enablement, and adoption efforts.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and user research to understand the elementary education market, identify gaps, and surface opportunities.
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case studies, battlecards, and ROI calculators.
  • Craft clear, emotive, benefit-driven messaging that resonates with teachers, students, families, district leaders, and administrators.
  • Influence product roadmap decisions using market feedback and customer insights.
  • Support global expansion into the US, UK, Australia, the Middle East and North Africa, and Latin America markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing; EdTech or SaaS experience is a major plus.
  • Ability to translate complex product features into simple, compelling value propositions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams around launch goals.
  • Experience using both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and measure GTM success.
  • Deep empathy for educators and a passion for improving outcomes for elementary students.
  • Ability to think strategically and anticipate needs several steps ahead.
  • Experience working with global markets or diverse customer segments is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
  • Annual base salary of $100,000-$115,000 USD.
  • Exempt position.
