Description

  • Retain and grow a portfolio of clients while identifying appropriate upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships and advise C-level stakeholders on strategy and business impact.
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior team members, including coaching their development and growth opportunities.
  • Participate in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting new team members.
  • Drive thought leadership by sharing SEO trends, testing insights, and learnings with clients and the broader digital marketing community.
  • Use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and share learnings across the team.
  • Support client initiatives across integrated SEO efforts, including content strategy, enterprise SEO, PR, paid media, and analytics.
  • Measure performance and make data-backed decisions using metrics such as rankings, traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Help resolve client and internal conflicts and de-escalate high-intensity situations.
  • Contribute to building the future SEO team and supporting divisional growth goals.

Requirements

  • Hands-on SEO agency experience across content strategy, enterprise SEO, PR, paid media, and/or analytics.
  • Experience developing integrated strategies and using data to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Strong client management skills and comfort communicating with C-level executives.
  • Ability to connect SEO tactics to broader business goals.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Proven track record of identifying account growth opportunities and driving revenue.
  • Experience managing teams and being responsible for 4+ direct reports.
  • Ability to identify and attract strong talent.
  • Based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours.
  • Remote-first or Philadelphia office-based availability.
  • Comfort with continued learning, innovation, and adapting to new tools and processes.

Benefits

  • $95,000-$115,000 annual salary.
  • Remote-first work environment.
  • Option to work from the Philadelphia HQ office.
