Description

  • Conduct competitive analysis, keyword research, content creation, and link building to drive client traffic and ROI.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Conductor.
  • Track and report changes in traffic, rankings, trends, and conversions for client accounts.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to clients via email, conference calls, and in-person meetings when applicable.
  • Connect reporting and analysis back to business goals and client ROI.
  • Support clients with technical SEO considerations, including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and iframes.
  • Collaborate with account teams to support multiple client initiatives and manage a full book of business over time.
  • Stay current on SEO trends, new tools, AI features, and industry developments, including GA4 and AI Overviews.
  • Provide proactive solutions to potential roadblocks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Requirements

  • US-based candidate who can work continental US-based hours.
  • Remote-first role; candidates may also sit in the Philadelphia HQ office if preferred.
  • Experience or strong interest in digital marketing and SEO with a holistic business perspective.
  • Ability to perform keyword research and understand client audiences and online behavior.
  • Some technical SEO knowledge, including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and iframes.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong client communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
  • Ability to work with urgency, meet deadlines independently, and handle multiple projects and context switching.
  • Eagerness to keep learning, embrace change, and adapt to new tools, processes, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Comfort using modern marketing tools and exploring AI capabilities beyond basic content drafting or editing.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $65,000 to $73,000 per year.
  • Compensation is reviewed at least once per year.
  • Remote-first work environment.
