Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new client requests on high-priority accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across service lines to align on priorities and timing.
  • Manage integrated project plans and keep projects on schedule.
  • Plan and monitor resource utilization, workload, and bandwidth to proactively manage budget and staffing.
  • Track hours and costs, raise budget risks to finance, and escalate issues to management when needed.
  • Assign and delegate tasks through Wrike or a client-preferred project management tool.
  • Manage resource assignments for client projects using project management tools.
  • Lead ongoing process improvements to increase efficiency across the company.
  • Support internal initiatives and operations related to project management.
  • Work with vendors, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and client goals.

Requirements

  • Part-time contractor availability of 20-30 hours per week for an ongoing engagement.
  • Ability to work remotely from the US and within continental US business hours.
  • Experience managing projects with internal cross-functional teams of 8-10+ people.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, Paid Media, Data Analytics, and UX.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and client stakeholders.
  • Proactive project management approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Experience forecasting team bandwidth and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt communication style for client points of contact at different levels.
  • Comfort with change management, new tools, and new processes.
