Description

  • Own and scale a cross-cutting product domain across multiple teams and product surfaces.
  • Define and refine multi-quarter and multi-year strategy aligned to company and portfolio goals.
  • Translate product outcomes into coherent roadmaps and make deliberate tradeoffs between short-term and long-term bets.
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning product, engineering, design, data/AI, GTM, customer-facing teams, and partners.
  • Anticipate and remove blockers, resolve conflicts, and drive high-quality releases on schedule.
  • Synthesize customer, market, competitive, and internal data into recommendations for executive and portfolio decisions.
  • Lead strategy documents, investment cases, and executive reviews for the domain.
  • Define success metrics, design experiments, and use quantitative and qualitative signals to guide product decisions.
  • Identify and prioritize AI and agentic opportunities, partnering with engineering and AI teams on use cases, UX, and guardrails.
  • Build deep relationships with strategic customers, partners, and field teams through discovery and design partner engagement.
  • Champion product quality and UX by collaborating closely with design and engineering to deliver robust, scalable, and delightful experiences.
  • Mentor and coach other product managers, helping raise product standards and decision-making across the team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including substantial time at Senior or Principal PM level on complex products or platforms.
  • Proven experience defining and executing multi-quarter roadmaps for cross-cutting or platform capabilities such as data, analytics, workflow, AI/ML, or developer/platform surfaces.
  • Experience building products for enterprise customers, ideally in data, analytics, industrial software, or adjacent domains.
  • Strong ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, security, and commercial realities.
  • Exceptional influence and communication skills, including the ability to frame problems and influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners across time zones.
  • Strong analytical and experimentation skills with comfort using metrics, instrumentation, and both qualitative and quantitative decision-making.
  • Experience defining and shipping AI-powered product capabilities, or the ability to quickly learn AI-native workflows and agentic patterns.
  • Demonstrated leadership without formal authority, including mentoring PMs and leading large initiatives.
  • Domain familiarity with industrial operations, time-series data, OT/IT environments, or process manufacturing is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in the country of residence; Seeq does not sponsor US F1 or H-1B work visas.
