Description

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers through solution design, implementation guidance, and technical mentorship.
  • Build relationships with customer champions and end users to uncover high-value use cases and business workflow opportunities.
  • Collaborate with customer and account teams to create and execute adoption plans for Seeq and key use cases.
  • Advise customers on implementing and operationalizing use cases to deliver measurable return on investment.
  • Upskill Seeq’s partner ecosystem to extend global and localized customer support.
  • Act as a product expert by implementing and troubleshooting solutions, including integrations with other systems.
  • Identify product capability gaps and provide feedback to influence the product roadmap.
  • Work with the product team to design, implement, and test new functionalities that address customer needs.
  • Apply industry-specific knowledge to build customer trust and understand market and use case trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as industry principals, product marketing, and solution consulting on industry strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field such as chemical, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering; operations research, data analytics, or applied math also considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in process engineering, reliability engineering, technical pre-sales engineering, or a related industry field.
  • Deep technical expertise in one or more industrial process manufacturing verticals and understanding of market drivers and business priorities.
  • Experience working with dense time-series process data and industrial problem-solving challenges.
  • Strong ability to build trust and rapport with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Effective technical communication skills with the ability to translate customer-stated and implied needs.
  • Ability to communicate with subject matter experts, managers, directors, and C-level audiences.
  • Creative ability to develop technical solutions using current software capabilities and the broader technology landscape.
  • Programming experience in Python or other languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience using Seeq is highly preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of the SaaS industrial analytics ecosystem is a plus, including tools such as Azure, AWS, Databricks, AVEVA, AspenTech, IOTA, Cognite, C3.ai, and Palantir.
  • Ability to independently prioritize work based on account strategy, customer needs, and company objectives.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of residence; Seeq does not sponsor US F1 or H-1B visas.
