Description

  • Deliver multiple business change initiatives in parallel, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are met.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of small-scale business change projects from initiation through handover.
  • Coordinate larger cross-functional programmes by aligning inputs from multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Provide proactive stakeholder communication on project progress, risks, issues, and outcomes.
  • Lead business analysis activities to define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and business priorities.
  • Gather and document business requirements, including current-state processes, pain points, data needs, and desired future outcomes.
  • Translate business requirements into structured, actionable deliverables and implementation actions.
  • Develop and maintain operational and project documentation such as SOPs, workflows, and process maps.
  • Act as a central coordination point for cross-team activity, managing actions, ownership, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment, resolve issues, and accelerate delivery.
  • Support adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working across the organisation.
  • Contribute to business change frameworks, templates, delivery standards, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • 10 years’ experience in business change management or project management.
  • Proven track record delivering small to medium business change or operational projects while managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Strong project delivery skills, including planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting, project plans, Gantt charts, RAID logs, and dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and the ability to apply it in a business change context.
  • Solid business analysis capability, including requirements gathering, scope definition, and process mapping.
  • Ability to produce clear SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation that support scalable operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to delivery teams and senior leaders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
  • Analytical, practical, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting, plus familiarity with project planning/PM tools.
  • Understanding of business and organisational change principles, such as ADKAR.
  • Experience working in IT services or service-led environments is preferred.
  • Exposure to systems integration, IT transition, or service transformation initiatives is desirable.
  • Collaborative, structured, and proactive approach to coordinating activity and driving progress.
